TDGD steam rotary drum dryer is a kind of indirect heating large scale drying equipment. As one of rotary dryer, it is equipped with steam heating tube inner the rotary drum. Heating tubes will run through the whole dryer and are sets in one to four rounds in concentric circle form. Heat needed for drying wet materials is provided by heating tubes. TDGD steam dryer is a kind of heating conduction type drying equipment which consists of drum, support system, transmission part, feeding and discharging seal system, steam distributor, heating tubes and other components. It is suitable to dry materials which are inflammable, explosive and heat-sensitive. According to specific drying process, there are two types for customer’s choice, down-steam and counter-steam drying.

Taeda TDGD steam dryer combines advantages of steam scrapper dryer and steam tube bundle dryer. 3-6 circle steam tubes rotate along with dryer drum. Materials are lifted repeatedly, pass through tube wall repeatedly and exchange heat with hot air in drum. Exchanging area is larger.
Relying on support of two groups of roller rings, pinion and large gear bite with each other to drive. Power needed is small and rotation speed is adjustable. Materials are put forward by screw lifting plates and drum slope. Residence time can be controlled, which makes TDGD dryer suitable for multiple working conditions.
TDGD steam dryer adopts steam and heating conduction oil as heat source. Vapor evaporated from drying chamber is less and moisture-carrier gas amount needed is small. Production environment is good and dust removal work is easy. For institutions with enough steam source, TDGD dryer adds no extra running cost. It is a cost effective and environment friendly drying system.
For TDGD steam dryer, materials will not directly contact with steam and drying temperature can be adjusted. Therefore, besides materials suitable for being dried by common dryer, TDGD dryer is especially suitable for drying heat-resistant material and materials which must be dried by steam.
