Clarification of Taeda E-style Biomass Dryer For Drying Coconut Bran

  The bulk density of coconut bran is very light. When the moisture content is about 15% after drying, the bulk density of coconut bran is only 0.1-0.25g/cm³. The particle size is generally less than 2cm, mostly about 1cm, which is mixed with a lot of fiber, and it is easy to catch fire. Therefore, in the drying process of coconut bran, the drying equipment can be safe operation, avoid fire and other problems have become the difficulty of drying. In the meanwhile, feed conveyer, discharge conveyer, dust removal and other processes also need to be redesigned.

The whole production line is composed of hot air furnace, biomass broken arch silo, feed and discharge equipment, E-style dryer, pulse drying unit, dust removal system, high efficiency collector, electronic control system, bracket guardrail and other equipment.

Coconut bran is transported to E-style biomass dryer through the belt conveyor. Material first promoted by the spiral into the internal front-end of drying machine. There is lifting device, dispersing device, material returning system, damping system set in the dryer. With the function roller heating air, the material always in a state of suspension, and do not rotate the cluster with the dryer, so as to achieve the maximum heat exchange of the hot air and material. With the increase of the residence time of the material in the dryer, the moisture content of the material decreases rapidly. When the moisture content of coconut bran reaches a certain rate, it will enter the pulse drying unit and will be further dried by the waste heat of tail gas. In the pulse drying unit, the material will continue to be in a suspended state. When meets the water content requirements, coconut bran will be collected by cyclone collector.
