Steam mesh belt dryer mainly uses steam as heat medium. There are multiple sets of steam heat exchangers arranged crosswise between multilayer mesh belts. Circulating fan and air duct guide hot air to raw material layer to be dried. Material to be dried are directly transported to material distributor through conveyor. Distributor will evenly scatter materials to mesh belts. During movement, raw material will exchange heat with hot air to achieve drying effect. Common drying operation time is generally 20-30 minutes. For special materials or special processes, longer drying residence time can be achieved throughlower movement speed.
Steam mesh belt dryer is a commonly used continuous drying equipment, which can be widely used in industries such as construction material and electronics industries. It is especially suitable for drying flake, strip and granular materials with good ventilation. Paste materials can also be dried after being shaped by a granulator or extrusion machine. Mesh belt dryer distributes materials to be processed through a suitable material spreading mechanism, such as star distributor, swing belt, crusher or pelletizer on the conveyor belt which will pass through a channel composed of one or several heating units. Each heating unit is equipped with air heating and circulation system. Each channel has one or several dehumidification systems. When conveyor belt moving, hot air passes through materials on belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top. Thus, raw materials can be evenly dried.
By adopting automatic electrical centralized control, whole drying system can run continuously. Materials are evenly scattered in dryer and fully contact with hot air. Drying effect is good.
