Taida lRT dryer belongs to internal tube indirect heating drying series. It has great adaptability to various rawmaterials. It can be used to dry multiple materials. There is no direct contact between materials and hot air, which willprevent flue gas'pollution to raw material. Wet materials will be delivered to dryer 's feeding head by conveying
system. Dryer's main body is a rotary drum with slight inclination.Materials will be charged from higher end and heatcarrier can enter from both lower and higher end.Therefore,raw materials can contact with hot air in down steam orcounter stream form.Along with the rotation of rotary drum, material will move to the lower end under the function ofgravity. During the movement process in rotary drum, wet materials will be heated by heat carrier indirectly or
indirectly.In this way, wet materials will be dried and discharged by conveyor from outlet end.
Taida IRT'series dryer absorbs structure design of triple-pass dryer's lifting plates. It adopts combination of flycutter, material spoon, exchange wall and ring fin, which not only improves thermal efficiency, but also improves
production capacity. With less occupation area, easy installation and simple maintenance, IRT is more durable and costeffective than common dryer.
