Bali is a dreamy resort which takes in tourists from all over the world every day. Every tourist can get very beautiful memory there. However, tourism brings other problems to this place every day. There is about more than 100 t household wastes produced by tourists in Bali. Local government does great efforts to deal with these wastes like hiring hundreds of cleaners and tens of cleaning trunks. These measures still cannot perfectly treat these giant amount of garbage.
In the year of 2021, under cooperate among us and local operating unit, government and equipment purchasing party, we provided a set of comprehensive recycled solid waste sorting line which has smoothly run for more than 18 months. Whole system greatly save the burden of government to deal with household wastes, which further improves capacity and realize precise screening and gains more resources profits. Second-stage project is started this year. New production line is more comprehensive and more recyclable.

Major process is adjusted to utilization from sorting. Materials which can be made into fertilizer are transferred to soil conditioner through DORT aerobic fermentation technology. Solid contents of partial kitchen wastes are recycled and dried by OSC drying technology. After drying, the solid kitchen waste can become feed bed carrier for insects. Almost all of them are digested and decomposed. White wastes are unified recycled. Recyclable parts will be reutilized. Unrecyclable parts are sent to power generation plant for incineration.
