Good operation and maintenance habits can enlarge equipment lifespan. Here we share you some tips for operation and maintenance of TDCW external heating drum dryer.
1. Connect with power source and adjust rotation direction.
2. Press heating button, set drying temperature (decided according to raw materials).
3. Press rotation button and start running (feed materials while drum rotate clock wisely)
4. Feed materials to dryer’s feeding inlet.
5. When temperature increases to set data, dryer will stop heating.
6. Dryer will alarm automatically when materials are dried to appointed level.
7. Start to discharge materials when equipment alarm.
Before starting running, operation should add oil to gear box and keep machine clean in order to reduce friction. Bearing should be dissembled every year and add new butter. If dryer will be stopped for long time, operator should remove cover and tidy up remaining materials in drum.
