Microwave drying technology in china has been applied to food industry, material chemical industry, medical industry, mineral industry, ceramic industry, lab analysis and natural rubber processing industry.
In food industry, microwave dryer is applied to unfreezing pork, fast food heating and sterilization, food expanding, food drying, food heating, instant noodles drying, food vacuum freeze drying, vegetable dehumidification, peanut peeling, seasoning processing, drying and sterilization of tea.
In material chemical industry, microwave drying technology is applied to plastics, foaming and annealing of resin, PVC film and canvas. It can also be applied to biological heating, catalization, extraction, nylon stretching, synthetic paper heating, thermosetting resin, chemical material’s drying, hydrolysis, desulfurization and denitrification. In rubber industry, microwave drying technology is applied to rubber continuous vulcanization (rubber with 1-m thickness), waste rubber desulfurization and vulcanization of wide plastic plate.
In ceramic industry, microwave drying technology can be applied to drying of finished products, paraffin model, gypsum, ferrite products, ceramic products and ceramic post sintering.
In wood and paper industry, microwave drying technology is applied to drying of wooden products (furniture, veneer, wood carving, vine and bamboo), adhesive drying, wood floor, shaping wood insecticidal, corrugated board and honeycomb paperboard.
In fiber industry, microwave drying technology is applied to synthetic fiber, heat treatment and extension of nylon products, dye, fixation, coloration and Artemisia sand drying. In pharmaceutical industry, this technology is applied to drying of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, newtol, drug and pill, sterilization and etc. meanwhile, it can be applied to other industries.
