Taida multi-function external heating kiln furnace is a kind of new type furnace，It can be used for carbonization, activation and regeneration of carbon-based materials. Besides, it is also suitable for calcining of catalyst and pyrolysis of new materials. Small model multi-function external heating kiln is always used for test and pilot production.  Large model is always used to calcining, drying and preheating of products with high added value. 

Taida makes modular classification for each component of multi-function external heating kiln like steam pipe component for activation and inert gas protection component for carbonization. In terms of working mode, it can be used for both continuous and batch production.  According to customers' demands, pressure in furnace can be adjusted to positive pressure and negative pressure mode. 

Working temperature of Taida multiple-function external heating kiln furnace can be adjusted around 300-1100 degrees. According to customers’ requirement, materials’ residence time can be changed flexibly from 15 minutes to 9 hours.
