Mobile Grain Dryer is a kind of mobile type continuous drying machine. Its capacity is larger than batch type Mobile Grain Dryer and smaller than drying tower. Continuous mobile grain dryer is always used for drying grain granules, bean, nut and seed materials. As reliable operation, operating flexibility, adaptability, large handling capacity, the dryer enjoys great polularity. It is a mobile trailer continuous dryer designed based on TDLT dryer and mobile trailer platform. Besides grain and bean drying, it can also be used to dry materials suitable for TDLT triple pass dryer.
Therefore, this dryer has the advantage of large capacity, wide range of applications, small flow resistance, allowing a larger range on operation, convenient operation etc.
Mobile Grain Dryer is suitable to dry almost any kinds of grain corn and bean materials such as grains , beans, wheat ,corn,mung bean,coffee beans,rice ,cassava and so on . Mobile Grain Dryer can be widely used to dry various materials, and it is simple to be operated.
There is a whole set of equipment which holds 1 to 5t/h output capacity. We can also customize drying machine according to customer's demands.
Reasonable skid-mount dryer matched with trailer, which provides convenience for working site transfer. Besides drying unit, we can also configure other modulars according to real situations.
Hot air temperature can be adjusted. Besides wood, diesel and LPG, it can also work with direct heating hot air furnace or indirect heating hot air furnace.
While providing convenience for working sites transfer, we choose thickened texture for dryer. In order to adapt to outdoor working situation conditions, dryer is painted with multi-layer coating so that to guarantee longer service life.
