TDICF Indirect Chain Grate Furnace is a kind of indirect hot air furnace takes coal or firewood as fuel, and outputs clean hot air.
This type hot air chain furnace body adopt mechanical driven chain furnace grate including furnace body, furnace grate reducer, blower, ID fan, slag removing machine, automatic coal feeder, heat exchanger, gravity dust collecting device and chimney. Heat exchanger will heat natural air. Generally used as hot air medium, heating, heat source and other purposes.
Thermal efficiency of this kind of hot air furnace is not lower than 75%. Temperature of produced hot air is stable and can be adjusted. This kind of hot air chain grate furnace is equipped with cold air door, gravity sedimentation room and other safety protection devices.
Different from direct heating coal-fired furnace, indirect heating coal-fired hot air furnace is mainly adaptable to that drying equipment for dry material not permitted to pollution, or applies to low temperature heat sensitive material, such as dryers for cereal grain, milk powder, pharmacy, synthetic resin and fine chemicals etc.. Indirect coal-fired hot air furnace adopts all steel heat exchanger to effectively prevent some harmful components like soot or sulfides entering into the drying process to affects the quality of cereal grain.
