Coal fired hot air furnace is a kind of general type hot air device. It can be used with various drying equipment for different materials. It is widely applied to grain, seed, feed,fruit, dehydrated vegetables, letinous edodes, fungus tremella, tea, tobacco and etc. It is also used to heating and drying for agricultural products, food, medicine, industrial raw material and light or heavy industrial products. In addition, it can be used for heating and dehydrating of various facilities and storerooms. 

This kind of furnace merges combustion and ash sedimentation into a whole. It adopts heat-resistant furnace grate where coal will be burnt. Coal slag will drop in slag-out room. Hot air produced by burning will settle in sedimentation room and be used as clean heating medium after mixing with fresh air. We can also provide indirect-heating technology heat exchanging type furnace whose hot air produced is not so high. Thermal efficiency of Taeda coal fired hot air furnace can reach 60-75%.
