【Applicable material】: 7S Pin mixer granulator is new type ball shaped particle granulator ideally suited for micro-pelletizing, agglomerating or conditioning powdered materials, such as carbon black, graphite and carbon nanotube.
7S granulator is composed for an outer shell with steam jacket and a granulating shaft with hundreds of stirring teeth distributed in a certain layout mode. There is reasonable distance and certain angle between stirring teeth and outer shell. Granulating shaft is driven by auxiliary VFD motor.
During the working process, water needed and additives will be added to carbon black in 7S granulator. Through highspeed rotation, series of procedures are finished such as air squeezing, evenly immersing, agglomerating, weight gaining and polishing so that to produce spherical granules with concentrated particle size and proper dimension.
7S Pin mixer granulator adopts precision machined stainless steel granulating tube and replaceable pin mix, which makes sure that the final granule size can be adjusted both in 0.1 to 1mm and 4 to 5mm range. Final granules size are evenly distributed and granule output yield is higher than 90%.
Taeda 7S pin mixer granulator can be used to granulation and shape forming. Although it is always applied for products with high additional value, it can also be used to other granulating tasks for materials which requires 0.3 to 7mm particle size.
Besides pin mix granulator , Taida can also provide full set equipment before granulating process like drying, grinding, screening and packaging.
Reasonable structural design makes Taeda 7S pin mixer granulator easily installed and detached while maintaining and replacing quick wear parts. Meanwhile, human-friendly design greatly reduces the replacing frequency of quick wear parts.
Final particle are small granules shape with homogenous size which can be adjusted. It is worth mentioning that final products with uniform size. For example, if we regulate based on 1 to 3 mm granule size, almost all ball granules will be in this range.
