At the begining of this year, whole set of carbon black production system customized for Egypt customer has been installed. Whole system contains grinding mill, rotary dryer, carbon black granulator and packing machine. Final products of this production line contains two kinds, carbon black powder and carbon black granules.
Whole system is divided into two parts:
1. drying-grinding-packing
2. wet method granulating-drying-packing
The final product of first section is 325-1500mesh fine powder. Final product of second section is 1-3mm carbon black granules.
According to customer;s feedback, they are very satiisfied with quality of fine powder and has started marketing of it. Carbon black granulating part is under final commissioning. They will update us newest progress in the following days.
