  Commonly adopted plastic sheet dryers are hopper type dryer, heating stirring dryer and rotary drum dryer. As traditional plastic drying technology, these dryers hold limited application range, consumes more labor and energy and occupies much area. Zhengzhou Taeda newly developed plastic sheet dryer absorbs western advanced drying technology. Based on continuous improvement, OSC-AST air swept dryer is very suitable to dry plastic sheet, PCV sheet, EVA sheet, crushed plastic, recycled plastic and plastic bottle.
  Taeda OSC-AST air swept plastic dryer’s working temperature can be adjusted in a certain range according to real demands. It can match with electricity, gas and oil as heating source. OSC-AST dryer can directly reduce plastic’s moisture to lower than 0.5% from 5%. Whole drying process is done in a continuous mode and output capacity can reach to 10t/h. Compared with traditional dryer, OSC-AST dryer consumes less labor force and its occupation area is only one third of common dryers.
