Gypsum Air‑Swept Calcination Mill is a calciner furnace with integrated partial grinding function. This OSCAS-GM Calcination Mill produces hemihydrate gypsum for construction‑grade and medical‑grade applications, ideal for scenarios demanding high powder‑size uniformity and calcination efficiency. Its modular design facilitates future capacity expansion and process optimization.
Typical process: Pre‑dried and pre‑heated gypsum particles are evenly fed into the Taeda mill. Crystalline water is removed via grinding and fluidized‑bed calcination to yield hemihydrate gypsum. Driven by a high‑speed rotor with blades, impellers and grinding cutters, together with three‑chamber residence‑time control, it delivers high‑efficiency, high‑quality calcination.
‑ Max hot‑air temperature: 650°C; gypsum powder instantly heated to 120‑180°C for optimal crystal‑water removal.
‑ Calcination time dual‑adjustable via blade angle and motor speed for wide‑range process adaptability.
‑ Mechanical force plus hot‑gas flow creates an air‑fluidized bed with high particle density for homogeneous calcination.
