【Technical principle】:Materials are crushed and fluidized inside the equipment, calcined with hot air in boiling state and instantly heated to target temperature.
Air-swept calcining mill is an integrated new calcining equipment with two-stage calcination. The primary host integrates crushing and horizontal boiling calcination. Materials after high-temperature primary calcination rapidly flow into the vertical flash riser for further uniform calcination into finished products. It is especially suitable for medium-temperature flash calcination, crystal water removal, synthesis of special products, etc. The common feeding atmosphere is oxygen-enriched air or high-temperature flue gas.

Configuration Recommendation
