Because of intermittent working mode, Taeda batch type external heating rotary kiln is also called intermittent external heating rotary kiln. This series furnace is developed and designed based on TDCW machine. It is suitable for processing materials which require super long residence time, batch process and 1oo% tight seal. According to material discharging mode, it can be divided into three types, open type, feeding/discharging at one end and feeding at head/discharging at tail. The TDCW-K series has undergone iterative upgrades and features a single-end feeding and discharging design. If you require a batch rotary kiln with front-end feeding and rear-end discharging, please refer to the IC-ZFH Batch Type Indirect Heating Kiln.
The TDCW-K boasts superior cost performance and a shorter overall length. After material loading, the feed port can be fully closed, delivering excellent sealing performance. Furthermore, the technical team of Zhonglian Taeda can customize rotary sealing assemblies to enable continuous atmosphere gas introduction as well as exhaust of volatile gases generated during roasting, heating and drying processes while the kiln is in operation.
Standard furnace tube diameters range from 0.6 m to 1.8 m. This series is widely adopted for heat treatment and calcination of a wide variety of raw materials.
