Taeda E-style biomass drying production line is designed for viscous biomass material with high moisture, it has multiple advantages, such as large capacity, small size, low power consumption, stable operation. At present, there are many E-style biomass drying production lines has been installed and used at home and abroad. The whole production line is composed of hot air furnace, biomass arch-breaking silo, feeding conveyor, discharging conveyor, E-style dryer, high-temp and room-temp resistant pipes, dust collecting unit, lifting conveyor system, cooling unit, finished product silo, electrical control system, supporting stents, other auxiliary equipments and institutions.Biomass materials (vinasse, soybean dregs, feed, etc.) are transported to the E- style dryer through forced feeding unit. In the E-style dryer, the material first been pushed into the internal front of the dryer by the spiral. The internal structures of the dryer adopts feed device, dispersing device, material returning system, damping system. With these structures, the material combined with the heating air, make itself always in a state of suspension. In the meantime, biomass materials along the cross section of the dryer form a stable curtain, so that can achieve the maximum heat exchange of the hot air and material. With the rotation of the dryer, the moisture content of the material decreases rapidly. When the moisture content reaches a certain degree, the material enter the pulse drying unit and use the waste heat of tail gas for further drying. In the pulse drying unit, the material will be in a suspended state. The material will be collected by the aggregate device when it meets the water content requirements. If the moisture content is not reached, the material will still stay in the pulse tube for drying, until the moisture content reaches the required value of drying.
And most important of all, due to the unique internal design of E-style dryer, the beneficial components of the raw material will not be destroyed while it’s drying efficiently.
