Application background:
Materials to be dried are shredded bean vine and bagasse with 50% initial moisture. Final moisture customer requires is lower than 13%. Output capacity required is 1tph or higher. While guaranteeing capacity and moisture, final product quality like color and small shall be maintained well.
Equipment configuration:
We configured E-style OSA biomass dryer mainly designed for biomass material. E-style dryer holds efficient capacity and final product quality can be well guaranteed. Whole drying system adopts biomass as fuel, which makes the system green to environment. Drying system contains pellet burner, E-style dryer, collector and electrical control. Modular design makes installation work easier.

We provide complete sales service so that customer can put into production and gain profit in shortest time. Whole set E-style dryer has been put into official use in June. No matter from working performance and product quality, customers is satisfied. New cooperation project between us is under discussion.
