Fuel consumption and electricity consumption of Taeda corncob dryer is 10% to 15% lower than common drum dryer. Capacity is 10% to 15% higher than common dryer. It can be used to reduce moisture of wet corncob from 75% to 5%12% one time. Corncob dryer mainly consists of heat source, feeder, rotary dryer, material crushing device, discharging device, ID fan, discharger and electrical cabinet. Under the turning of internal lifting plates, materials will evenly scatter and fully contact with hot air, which speeds up heat and mass transfer process. During drying process, under the function of inclined lifting plates and hot air media, dried corncob will be discharged from discharging valve as final products.
Taeda corncob dryer fully takes features of crushed corncob into consideration during designing process like flying dust and easy burning. Inner structure of dryer drum is re arranged so that to solve difficulties for drying corncob. Whole corncob drying system is featured in simple operation, smooth production, large capacity and low energy consumption.
Taeda corncob dryer adopts new drying concept which can meet continuous drying requirements of wet corncob and make final products more suitable for Corncob production. Whole drying and dehydration process is gentle and final product holds better quality.
