Taeda sludge dryer is a kind of new rotary drum dryer designed for sludge material drying. 90% moisture materials can be dried into finshed products. Aimed at easily caking feature of sludge, Taeda changes lifting plate structure of single drum dryer and adopts combined self-cleaning device. Application of single drum dryer is extended. sludge dryer can be used to dry both sludge and other similar high moisture materials. New sludge dryer adopts new lifting plate device which has leading, distributing and lifting functions. Materials can spread thoroughly in radial and sectional direction of dryer. There will be uniform, thin and full-scale material curtain formed. Materials can fully contact with hot air so that to sufficiently make use of heat energy. Heat source of dryer comes from combustion device. Taeda sludge dryer can use various fuel and energy as heat source. Electrical control system configured can automatically adjust temperature of hot air so that to effectively avoid wasting of energy and meet special drying demands. Heating mode of this dryer can be designed into both fair-current and counter-current type.
Our sludge drying machine can quickly dry the slurry-residue with 65% to 75% moisture into product with only 13% water. Coal (or biomass, natural gas, coal gas) is used as main fuel to warm the air as medium. The high temperature air flow will dry different kinds of materials in a short time. Electromagnetic speed adjustment system is used as transmission system, along with the automatic temperature controller. The product will maintain the original color, quality, taste and nutrient contents after being dried.
Taeda sludge dryer is designed mainly for sludge materials. Filter cake, slurry and sheet-like sludge are suitable to be dried by sludge dryer in particular. By adopting centralized electrical control, sludge dryer is featured in continuous running, high mechanical level and large drying capacity.
Design of Taeda sludge dryer fully takes anti wall sticking and crushing function into consideration. Sludge dryer adopts multiple cleaning device to prevent wall sticking and clogging problem. Crushing device can smash caked semi dried sludge lump and increase drying efficiency.
Whole drying production line adopts special dispersing device and insulation fiber, which saves energy consumption and increases thermal efficiency. Thus, running cost is reduced. Customers can recover investment cost fast. Disposal cost for each ton dry sludge is as low as RMB400.
Whole drying system holds flexible configuration. We can configure sludge extruding device, feeding silo, feeder, discharger, conveyor, dust collecting, scrubbing tower and etc. so that to make every customers can maximally make use existing equipment and condition.
