New pig manure dryer is widely applied in farm and organic fertilizer plants. It can process pig manure into fertilizer material. New pig manure dryer is Taeda third generation product. It is installed with chains and dispersing unit inside drum. It is featured in good drying effect, low malfunction rate and less investment cost.
After passing by feeding, high temperature drying, dust collecting and cooling process, Taeda pig manure drying system can process pig manure and other waste residues with about 65% moisture to odourless particle products with 13% or less moisture content. These odourless particle can be used as major ingredients of organic fertilizer and feedstuff. Taeda pig manure dryer holds many advantages like flexible operation, low drying cost, wide application range, reliable performance, large capacity, less fuel consumption, high overload resistance and stable running. Wet materials can be dried quickly by exchanging heat with high temperature hot air. Design of Taeda pig manure dryer takes working margin into consideration. Even capacity is increased slightly, there is no need to change larger model equipment.
Taeda Pig Manure dryer adopts center dispersing shaft which can repeatedly disperse, crush and turn raw materials. Wall-sticking issue can be effectively solved. Designed with cleaning chain, Taeda manure dryer uses proper length-diameter ratio and occupies less area.
