Aluminum bauxite ore is mainly divided into three kinds, diaspore, boehmite and gibbsite. It is a kind of mineral resource ubiquitous in nature. It is widely distributed in China and the world. Aluminum bauxite ore needs to be processed before being used in national defense, automobile, refractory, petrochemical and other industries. Major equipment used in aluminum ore processing applications are crusher, elevator, preheater, rotary kiln, cooler, dust collector and other equipment.
Bauxite rotary kiln supplied by Taeda® is divided into multiple models from Ø2.2×38m to Ø4×60m according to kiln specifications, which can meet alumina mineral product calcination demand with 150-700t/day capacity requirement. Bauxite rotary kiln is featured in simple external structure and reasonable internal structure, which makes it easy to install, operate and maintain.
