Capacity: 0.5-10t/h
Work mode:24h/day
Application range: Suitable for the production of coir bricks (400g/5kg specifications) or coarse coir block bricks starting from raw materials.
1、【Coconut shell Crushing System】① Coconut husks are sent to feeder by shovel and enters fiber opening machine. In this procedure, there are two types of materials produced: coco silk fiber and cocopeat. ② Screening machine will separate coco peat and coco silk fiber. Through collecting conveyor, cocopeat is transported to soaking tank and stay there for about 5-6 days before entering secondary desalting system. ③ Short coco silk fiber will be sorted out by collecting conveyor first. Then, qualified ones will enter packing procedure and be briquetted into blocks for easy storage and transportation.
2、【Desalting system】① Transportation and water washing: soaked cocopeat is sent to conveying water washing machine. Through high-pressure spraying and water flow soaking, salinity of cocopeat can be initially reduced by 30% -40%. After washing, it enters the dehydration and volume reduction system. ② Secondary desalting: If high-end horticultural substrate requires a salinity of less than 500, it can enter a dedicated desalting device where cocopeat will be washed and stirred with circulating water to further reduce salinity to target value.
3、【Dehydration system】 After cleaning, cocopeat is sent to the high-pressure double roller press for deep dehydration treatment. After 3 sets of roller pressing, weight of cocopeat is reduced by more than half and the moisture content is about 50%. After above procedure, cocopeat can be sent to drying system or simply sun dried.
4、【Drying and Dust Removal System】 Dehydrated coco peat enters the OS drying line for efficient and gentle drying. OS drying system can retain its filling performance while rapidly reducing moisture. One-step or two-step drying is typically used to reduce cocopeat moisture below than 15% for briquetting.
5、【Packaging and preservation system】 Dried cocopeat is compressed into standard sized cocopeat bricks (such as 30 × 30 ×15cm and 20 × 10 × 6cm) by fully automatic briquetting machine. Cocopeat bricks will be packaged with moisture-proof film for long-distance transportation and sales.
High-quality products guaranteed. Raw materials are fully desalted, with low EC value and high expansion ratio after soaking. Drying process eliminates pests.
