  Hoisting type carbonization furnace is a kind of newly developed smokeless carbonization equipment. It is composed of furnace body, furnace cover, heating chamber and exhaust pipe. There is internal liner equipped in furnace hearth. Internal liner is installed with gland cover. Annular flange folded down set on internal liner connect with seal ring fixed on inner furnace hearth. There are hoisting trunnions set respectively on internal liner side wall, flange cover and furnace cover. For hoisting type carbonization furnace, internal liner and heating chamber are installed seperately. Because internal liner is installed movably, hoisting type carbonization furnace can work constantly. One carbonization furnace can be installed with three internal liner boxes. It is not necessary to do preheat processing while replacing internal liner box. Cooling of carbonization furnace internal liner box is totally seperated from furnace body, which effectively improve carbonization efficiency, save equipment cost, reduce labor force and expense. Hoisting type carbonization furnace is characterized by good seal performacne, special structure, simple operation and safe production.
