Fly ash is used as a raw material to replace clay for producing cement clinker, making sintered bricks, autoclaved aerated concrete, foamed concrete, hollow brick masonry, sintered or non-sintered ceramsite, paving roads; building dams, building ports, backfilling of farmland potholes, coal mine subsidence areas and mines; Useful substances such as floating beads, micro beads, iron powder, carbon and aluminum can be separated from coal fly ash and used as thermal insulation materials and refractory materials, respectively , Plastic and rubber packing.
Working Principle:
Powdery or granular coal ash is sent to feeder through belt conveyer. Then, material enter dryer drum through feeder. With the ruffle of uniformly distributed board device in drying drum, coal fly ash evenly contacts with hot air to transfer heat and perfect drying. Dried coal ash is discharged into finished products via shedder in the end of the drum and conveyed out by the belt discharging machine. Correspondingly, the drying process is finished.
