Taeda Company high end sand product production line is developed based on MGT drying system. Besides tradtional sea sand, river sand, lake sand, artificall sand, garmet and and silica, we do deep upgrading for whole system aimed at two major industries. On the premise of making sure capacity, upgraded production line holds higher efficiency, lower energy consumption and less malfunction rate. it can be applied to drying work of precoated sand, casting sand and reclaim sand in casting industry. Meanwhile, we also deeply optimze our drying process and screening process aimed at frac sand. At present, this production line has been widely popularized and applied at home and abroad and spoken highly of by customers.
Taeda sand material drying equipment can be used to dry sand materials whose moisture ranges from 3% to 20%. It holds great compatibility, good heat-abrasion performance and high output capacity. Taking MGT800 as example, capacity of single unit can reach to 20t/h. In terms of screening aspect, in order to make up for disadvantages of linear vibrating screen like low output and low accuracy, we update to second generation flat gyratory screen and third generation squire swing screen. Handling capacity of single unit can reach 20t/h. New technology simulates flat gyratory movement, which makes service life longer and screening effect better. In terms of heat source, we can provide low-cost coal gasifier which transfers coal into clean coal gas and makes combustion cleaner. What’s more, we can also provide high-end gas/oil low-nitrogen burner to match with our heat recycling technology, which assists customers to solve high running cost difficulty.
Above production line provided by Taeda combines our mature drying, screening and combustion technology. With upgrading, improvement and market accumulation, Taeda sand drying system enjoy great popularity and compliment.
