Organic fertilizer rounding machine is configured based on organic fertilizer/compound fertilizer granulating machine. As an ideal ball particle product equipment, Taeda rounding machine can produce ball product from cylinderical particle one step and there is no material-returning. It is featured in high ball yield, good strength and pretty appearance. By adopting double-disc high speed polishing and shaping technology, Taeda rounding machine is widely applied for directly granulating process of poultry manure, municipal sludge, domestic waste, filte mud from sugar mill, paper making sludge, spent grain, bean dreg, rice husk, grass charcoal and other relevant organic materials. Taeda rounding process is always used after extruding and granulating procedure of organic, inorganic and biological organic fertilizer. It is also widely used for rounding process in chemical industry and feedstuff production. Primarily extruded formed organic cylinderical particles can get constant high speed rotary material flow in shaping zone. Under the function of high speed self rotation and mutual rubbing, spheroidal particles can be formed fast.
