QM-3 coal gasifier is Taeda third generation coal gasifier. In terms of structure and working principle, it belongs to double-stage coal gasifier and coal gas output is 1200 to 7500Nm3/h. Furnace chamber diameter ranges from 1600 to 3200mm. Compared with previous single-stage coal gasifier and single-stage and half coal gasifier, it consumes less coal and produces more coal gas. Coal gas produced by QM-3 coal gasifier is featured in good quality and less cost. QM-3 coal gasifier enjoys great popularity among customers from different places.
QM-3 coal gasifier can adopt 40-60mm coal as fuel. Dry distillation is done at upper section of coal gasifier and semi-coke produced will enter lower section for gasification reaction. Dry distillation and gasification process are finished in one furnace. After purification, coal gas can be sent to industrial kiln furnace as fuel through pressure conveying system. QM-3 coal gasifier is always applied for various metal heat treatment furnace / ceramic furnace / aluminum melting furnace / copper refining furnace / forging furnace / metal product heating furnace / hot-dip galvanizing furnace / dryer / glass industry / ceramic industry / cable industry / chemical industry.
