QM-1 coal gasifier is Taeda third generation coal gasifier. In terms of structure and working principle, it belongs to single-stage coal gasifier and coal gas output is 600 to 7000Nm3/h. Furnace chamber diameter ranges from 1200 to 3200mm. In terms of slag discharging mode, QM-1 coal gasifier adopts automatic slag removalsyste . Gasified coal slag will be discharged out of coal gasifier automatically through ash tray, which makes QM-1 coal gasifier's operation more convenient. QM-1 coal gasifier is a new type of highly efficient energy-saving and environment-friendly product developed independently by Taeda.
This type Coal gasifier is characterized by Flexibility assorted with varieties of other heating equipment,widely used in the environment-friendly and energy-saving technological renovation of gas-processing heating furnace, gas forging furnace, gas crucible furnace, gas mold furnace, grilled ladle gas furnace, sand resin heating gas regenerates, glass melting gas furnace, ceramic gas furnace and the technological renovation of gas corhart smoke exhausting kiln and tunnel kiln, as well as the assorted heating source renovation of drying, burning and heating equipment whose temperature requirement is below 1,350℃.
