It can be used to grind marble, phosphate ore, pyrophyllite, kaolin, calcium carbonate, barite, flurorite, mica, dolomite, and calcite materials. These grinded materials can be applied to make paint, pipe, cosmetics, plastic parts, wool board, floor, tyre and wire. Taida micro powder grinding mill mainly consists of grinder, classifer, powder collector, dust remover, blower, silencer,sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper and feeder.
When the grinding mill is at work, main bearing and each dial are diven by electromotor of main equipment through reducer and all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring channels driving by dial through plunger. The materials are driven to the edge of the turn plate by the centrifugal force and fall down in to the grinding chamgers where materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers. Then, materials fall into the multiple layers and to be crushed and ground continuously to micro powder.
With same same final size and motor power, energy consumption of Taida mciro powder grinding mill is 30% lower than airflow mill, mixing mill and ball mill.
Grinding rings and rollers are made of special abrasion-resistance materials which makes Taida grinding mill's span life is 2 to 3 times longer for dealing with very hard materials.
compared with Raymond mil, micro powder grinding mill can produce finer final products. The Final size can be adjusted between 200 to 2500 meshes flexibly.
Special intelligent speed control system makes grinding process more uniform,final size finer and grinding capacity higher. Prodution efficiency can be improved at the same time.
