【Applicable material】: New wood chip dryer is a kind of efficient drying machine with low energy consumption. It is suitable for drying wood chip, wood shaving, bamboo shaving, wood powder, and other similar materials with 75%(or less) moisture. Final moisture can be adjusted from 5% to 20%.
Wood chip rotary drum dryer can reduce moisture from 60% to 10%. The moisture evaporating capacity of our dryer can reach to (250kg per hour to 8000kg) per hour. It is suitable for drying chip/particle/shaving type wet wood chips materials. Besides wood chips, it can also be used to dry materials processed from wood chips, like sawdust, wood shavings and wood powder.
Taeda® Wood chips dryer mainly contains hot air furnace, feeding inlet, rotary drum dryr, pulse bag filter, material conveyor and induced draft fan. The wood chip dryer is auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drier, which adopts down-flow heating method.When the materials are fed into the wood chip dryer, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively.Wood chip dryer scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air.
New type wood chip dryer adpopts automatic electrical centralized control and can run continuously.Materials scatter uniformly in dryer drum so that wet material fully contact with hot air and drying effect is good.
