Taeda series rod mill has certain selective grinding effect in the grinding process because of the grinding medium and ore are line contacted. The product particle size is uniform, and excessive grinding ore grain is little .It is widely used in fine crushing and grinding operation of feldspar, quartz, abrasive, refractory material, cement, steel grit, slag, copper ore, iron ore, gold ore grit and other hard or brittle material.
According to customers' demands, Taeda rod mill can be designed into center discharging or primary feeding.
Taeda rod mill is specially suitable for coarsely grind materials larger than 1mm. During grinding coarse materials, processing capacity of rod mill is larger than same specification ball mill. Final product particle size from rod mill always ranges from 0.4mm to 4.7mm. 80% of feeding particle size shall be smaller than 20 to 40mm. Largest feeding size can reach 50mm.
Friendly reminder: Because of rod mill texture and other relavant reasons, length of rod mill can not exceed 6.1m.
