Products:

Under high temperature, kaolin rotary kiln rotates slowly. The maintenance of its auxiliary parts and thermal control system have much to do with the safe running and high efficiency. The maintenance focus of driving devices are lubrication, running state, dynamic monitoring and mesh accuracy of gears. The safe accuracy of supporting device decides whether the rotary kiln can run reliably. During running process, the load distribution, layout form, pressure control are supposed to be controlled properly. The quality of sealing device affects thermal regulation and running cost directly. Arrangement and analysis of daily data should be strengthen, which is beneficial to management.
